Youth Wrestling Program in partnership with Burke County High School.
$30 per participant (includes uniform and warm-up t-shirt). We also provide headgear and a mouthpiece. You will need to get wrestling shoes.

2025-26 Wrestling Schedule. Some dates will require an entry fee, separate from the Burke County Recreation Department.
All Practices will be held at the Life Center Gym (500 Park Drive, Waynesboro, GA 30830) on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6 pm
This program will be instructional in nature. The goal of this program is to promote health & physical fitness, good sportsmanship, learning of wrestling fundamentals, and to provide a fun and worthwhile leisure activity for participants. The Youth Wrestling season runs from November through February. There will be some travel for out-of-town meets.
The age control date is September 1, 2021. Please note there are NO exceptions to the age control date. No child will be allowed to play out of his/her age category.
